Installed 2 doors 2021. It is now 2024 we have had them come 3 times to fix their installation error. 1 door's fasteners were not tightened upon ******************* collapsed within 6 Months. ******** had expired so we received a service charge. They put in their notes we hit something, these doors have sensors!! WE hit nothing! Called DC Garage Door Service and needed a new belt for our garage door. Technician was prompt and installation went smoothly plus priced reasonably.
RecommendedYesterday afternoon Jeremiah came out to repair my Grammys garage door, while Grammy tried to get to the door she took a fall and Jeremiah helped Grammy up and got her to the couch. This is one of the best small businesses in Huntersville! Their whole staff has a ton of experience, is extremely polite and professional, and the pricing is beyond fair for the work that they do! Thoroughly impressed with the communication and the craftsmanship and from start to finish it took less than 48 hrs to get the old door out and removed and the new door installed with upgrades. All of your garage door needs should start with this amazing company!
I’m not please with them at all. I called for service for on my garage understanding the current condition our country is going through you would think they would send their technician out with protective gear. My technician showed up with NO gloves NO mask 😷 and when I asked him if he had any his reply was “ I don’t have corona” ( and it recorded on my doorbell camera)This is very unprofessional with this COVID-19 virus in the air. This is an awesome company! My garage door would not close. Made an appointment on Tuesday with DC Garage Door Service LLC, In Huntersville, North Carolina. They came out the following day and repaired it. The technician was very knowledgeable, the company has great customer service. I highly recommend them. I tried to get it repaired with the company that I used To replace the springs six months ago. They kept making appointments then canceling and rescheduling. Still have not showed up.
