I am very grateful to the staff of D.C. Fitness for letting me use their facility, and for their kindness. I was at a hotel nearby without a fitness center. I was only here in L.A for a long weekend. Ryan and Steve were great to work with and allowed me to use the gym as a free week trial despite just being in town for a few days. Started working out at DC fitness September 2022 as part of my recovery, I enjoy working out here the environment is great and staff but the equipment is steadily deteriorating. Some of the machines have been sitting there broken for months now. We pay 45$ every month I think for that price they should start fixing up the equipment. I see management upgrading unnecessary things like desks, TV The gym needs better management!
Started working out at DC fitness in October 2022, Martin is really friendly and so is the other staff. honestly the gym can use a better manager I see how management is worried on uneaasary thing like a water fountain that was working fine. The grass should be fixed asap my wife slip on the area that is tear up. The machines that have been broken have been like that for months there are some holes on the floor that are just cover and it's not safe. I've been going since february as part of my recovery journey, love the atmosphere, and love the community that the gym has created. Their staff is super friendly, Jonathan, Steven, Martin, and Hugo are always great help and really make it a great place to work out. The issue is that a lot of the machines have been broken for months. The equipment keeps getting used every day without having any maintenance. I would believe the $45 membership fee would cover maintenance.
