A 2 Week Repair Stretched to 10 Weeks! They are "extremely" slow. Unfortunately, they offer the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They broke my brake during the repair and billed me for it!
THERE IS NONE BETTER DC AUTOCRAFT was given to me, after the accident, by the Pasadena Volvo Dealer, as "The Best". No exaggeration - Mike worked with my insurance adjuster and got the very best for us.
Excellent Service, Highly Recommend I have brought my car into DC Autocraft for 2 repairs now. Contrary to the other 2 reviews, I have nothing but praise for this company. My car is 3 years old now, but looks as good as new.
