The BEST! DC is the BEST! They were experts at working with the extremely difficult insurance company ( the insurance company wanted to use used parts etc. but DC did not budge until they agreed to only new parts for the repair ). In addition I had a problem with my sensors, I noticed it after I had already picked up my car post repair. DC took my car back to the dealer for repair and discover that the issue did not have anything to do with the accident but they STILL covered the repair at no cost to me. Dennis & Joan We just got back our 2007 BMW 335i two days early at the estimated price. I was assisted by Kevin, who works out of Pacific BMW. In addition to a new front bumper and rocker panel, DC buffed out numerous tiny scratches without being asked to do so. my 5 1/2 year old car looks brand new. DC and Kevin are real pros and I will recommend them to others and use them again if necessary. Great job, Kevin and DC!
Horrible !! Bad Experience Like a Nightmare ! Horrible !!! Horrible !! Bad Experience !! It has been 4 months and still the car is not ready !! please do NOT take your care here to have it repair !!! This guy Rick from DC Autocraft..Don't even bother to call him he will never call you back...Every week they said it should be ready next week !!!
SLOOOOWWW !!!!!! It took them 2 months to repair a damage that would have taken 2 weeks (at most) in any other body shop. As a previous reviewer mentioned, their problem is they have way too many cars and not enough resources (mechanics). I found out they have one mechanic work on two cars simultaneously; needless to say this increases the repair process tremendously. AWFUL BODY SHOP This place is Terrible! Not only did they take longer than promised to repair my vehicle, they repaired it wrong. My headlights weren't installed correctly, my alignment was completely off, and they decided not to replace a ball joint, which I was told later was so dangerous I could have flipped my car. I am pressing charges against this establishment HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE REPAIRS!
NOT Recommend!!! terrible service. Their customer service are inconsiderate and very unprofessional. They give out wrong restimate time:from week to months. It cause more money to repair car here than purchase a new one.
FTS HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!!!! FIRST, THEY SEEM ALL NICE AND tell you its going to take only 2 months and it ends up being freakin 4 months" FTP! all these ladies FTP. beware* they all give you bs. JUST SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND DON'T EVEN GO HERE... THEY ARE ALL BUNCH OF IDIOTS! DONE SAID!

DC Autocraft is a bit slow, but totally worth the wait. Besides the wait... I think this is a very reputable company, perfection takes time. Hey there is something that every company can work on, but once you do receive your car back, it's flawless. Sean was nice enough to show me before and after pictures that helped bring into perspective why the repair took as long as it did. if you visit this shop it is very nice to see that your car is not the only exotic in the shop.
