Nice Work!! This is my first time bringing in my car to DC Autocraft. They did an amazing job in repairing it. They are friendly trustworthy, with great service. They are the only body shop I trust and I have to recommend this shop to everyone.
DC Autocraft is very disappointing 4 weeks repair ended up 5 month repair work. Numerous non response pushing and calling from our side, endless no reply voice mails left to the person in charge. Very very disappointment to their services, even though the car looks ok. Will not recommend anyone to go if you do not have the budget to a rental car of additional 3-4 months .
DC Autocraft is Great!! My DC Autocraft experience was excellent! They were recommended to me by Glendale Pacific BMW for a hit and run accident that damaged the driver's-side from bumper to bumper. I had the opportunity to work with Gilbert, Paris, Kristen and shop foreman Rick. The entire repair process required approximately one month for completion. terrible! I can't believe anyone would give more than 1 star to this place. I trusted the service since the name was given to me by the dealer. But.... the 2 - 4 weeks of repairs has now become 3 1/2 months and counting. They keep telling me it will only be 2 more weeks every time I call, it feels like a canned response. Not to mention that the price keeps going up and up and up on the car and the cost of the rental in the mean time. Avoid this headache!
Extremely slow and extremely unresponsive; worst I have ever used This shop maintains offices right in the dealer's lot and they seemed very professional and quick to get my car in and an estimate given. After all was approved and I had a written estimate of the time it would take to repair, my car disappeared in their system and I couldn't even get a phone call returned. SJ I've had my (black) Jaguar, in twice for scratch repair and detailing. Both times the car came back looking like new and in the time frame promised. Steve and Rick make sure every thing is perfect before they let the car go. Really a nice experience!
? We will see Jury is out. I have no reference due to little experience with body shops. Willing to give these guys a chance. Seems like they are straightforward, maybe a little weak communicating. My insurance is covering all of the expenses anyway. At the end, I want to car to be fixed right and they seem to get very high marks for that.
Avoid at all costs! These guys took over 5 months to repair my car and more than doubled the price over the course of that time. They kept promising the car would be ready in a week or two, then it would extend another week or two repeatedly. Most unprofessional, unresponsive bunch of crooks ever!
EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I firmly believe a company that provides outstanding service deserves recommendation. While having to deal with any auto accident/damage is a difficult task, DC Autocraft and their very competent staff certainly lessen the stress with their expert knowledge and professional service.
