I went to D.C. Auto Service & Sales for service. This was my first time there. Tom was very personable, and had his crew look over my son's car. Parts were ordered, and they called me the next day, and it was done fast. They are up front and reasonable. The atmosphere at D.C. auto sales Service & Sales has that great balance professionalism and down home neighborhood feel.

They have an experienced mechanic who has been with them for several years. This mechanic is good in diagnosing even complicated problems that are tough to pinpoint with reasonable level of certainty. While I did not have lot of experience with other mechanics, they all appear to be competent and experienced as well. To me personally, doing things right the first time and doing it for a fare price are important. The owner, Tom, appears to have built his business through these attributes. I was greeted immediately by a friendly man (which I believe to be the owner / manager). My car had a flat tire and was stuck at the air pump (at the Kroger gas station). Within an hour they helped me get my car over to the shop. Mended a tire and replaced the bad one for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great service and super quick. Thanks so much guys (and girls) for helping me!!! Means so much. Blessed to have done business with y'all!!
