If you're in Elko, NV, and need help with your vehicle, look up DC Auto on Idaho Street at Exit 330. We cracked a spark plug this morning and had to limp back into Elko. The dealership couldn't get us in until next week (yikes!) and referred us to the guys at DC who got us in right away, ran the diagnostic, replaced the plug, and got us back on the road in under 2 hours.
