Great experience with this company! I've had them out twice in the last year and both times got reasonable and honest quotes. Bent was there within hours. Unlike the plumber I called this past year who charged $300 to caulk around my sink, this company will not rip you off. Thanks Brent, you will always be the company I call for my AC!
After 3 days of no A/C, and botched attempts to schedule an appointment with the big boys, a competitor recommended I call DC/AC to get my system looked at. Man was I glad I did. Brent(owner) and Devon (employee) showed up at the time they said they would, shocker I know. He was quick and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions honestly and truthfully. Would definitely use DC/AC for any future HVAC needs. Thanks Brent!
Can't rave enough about Brent with DC-AC. He could have made a big job out of what was merely a clogged unit, that required nothing more than flushing out the drain hose, adding bleach, and checking the freon level, but he was honest enough to tell me that was all that was wrong, and how to prevent future clogs. All he charged was a service call.. Amazing! I am so impressed with his honesty, reliablity, and integrity. He is my go to person for any a/c needs and I will recommend him to everyone I know.
