Today was the day every Floridian fears, my AC was dead. I went down the list on Google but no one could see me today. Until I called DC/AC. I spoke to Brent today and explained what was happening with my system. He had Josiah come out immediately to check the system and to see what was causing it not to cool my house. Josiah took his time to answer all of my MANY questions and showed me exactly what was the cause of the problem. Josiah was SUPER friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything! This company is amazing. I had to get a new ac and they came right out to see what was wrong. by the next day the new ac was in. The owner was super nove and great to work with.
These guys are fantastic! Called Brent at 7:30. Stephan just left at 9:30. AC fixed. Great service and explanation of what happened. Can't say enough good things about this Company! I'll be telling everyone I know about them.
Had to help an older lady today, DC/AC installed a system for her, within 6 months it was leaking refrigerant. They charged her to add R410a, they should have leak searched it, then fixed it under 1st year labor warranty. Then 1.5 years later they find the coil leaking, no surprise. Charged her more money to repair. They added leak searched due to system. Today I found a restricted TXV, caused by the dye that they way too much in. Their tech was out last night, he couldn't figure it out. Sad situation, owner hung up on her.
I highly recommend this company! I had some issues with my unit but they came out very timely (which is crucial in this Florida summer weather) and have been spot on in diagnosing and fixing the issues. I feel Brent (the owner) is very honest and I know he cares about his customers and the Company's reputation. They explain in layman's terms and show you exactly what is wrong and what is needed to get the job done correctly.
