Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Not the most professional or ethical place. After a year of intense sharing all with Lisa Sanderson, she left without a word to me. It hurt for several reasons as PTSD chronic goes deep. Beware. Update: they cancelled my next appointment with new provider within minutes of leaving an honest review. The truth bites and hurts at times. Let us see if tended to properly or gets infected. Other review was left earlier this year. Had to update and be truthful for others sake, too. May God bless y’all on your journey.
I absolutely would recommend Kentucky/Ally Psychiatry. I've been seeing Melissa for over a year now and it has been nothing but wonderful. All the staff is pleasant. I've made progress since going there and that's saying a lot!!!!!!
They never answer the phone they have me doing all this stuff to get my meds yet it's been 6 months an still after him telling me to do this one last thing I done it been done wit it for 2 months an can't get an appointment to recap can't get no call back still with out my meds after him telling me to take Wat I had an drop off an now I have had nothing for my problems an he won't take this seriously the workers there are smart asses an lies to you bout giving messages cause I been calling an leaving messages for a call back... read more
