What can I even say except Melissa Werner and her patient care coordinator Missy saved my life. If it wasn't for Melissa Werner advocating for me because no other health care provider would listen to me, I may have passed away and left my family behind. I am forever grateful for both of them and truly appreciate everything they do for me. Melissa deserves a raise and an award for best psychiatrist in Bowling Green Kentucky and I don't say that lightly. She listens, she cares, she takes all aspects into consideration. Took me 6 moths too get ahold of them, soley to get into my old provider to be meet with an incredibly impatient and unhelpful employee on the phone. I attended this place when it was great 5 years ago, now it’s a disaster and I recommend you look elsewhere for help. They unfortunately really don’t want to help
Charging $100 to reschedule is insane
Melissa Werner is phenomenal. You can tell within moments of meeting her that she cares about her position and her patients. I have received life changing care and attention. I’ve never felt more heard and after years and years of feeling ignored/ dismissed I have become optimistic about my future. I’m so thankful I decided to go here.
