I absolutely would recommend Kentucky/Ally Psychiatry. I've been seeing Melissa for over a year now and it has been nothing but wonderful. All the staff is pleasant. I've made progress since going there and that's saying a lot!!!!!!
They never answer the phone they have me doing all this stuff to get my meds yet it's been 6 months an still after him telling me to do this one last thing I done it been done wit it for 2 months an can't get an appointment to recap can't get no call back still with out my meds after him telling me to take Wat I had an drop off an now I have had nothing for my problems an he won't take this seriously the workers there are smart asses an lies to you bout giving messages cause I been calling an leaving messages for a call back... read more
Lisa Sanderson has been a big help and support. Came with many issues and needs but that did not intimidate or put her off. She has shown by action and deed that she truly cares about my well-being—a lovely care-extender.
