Horrible establishment, the receptionist should be fired TODAY! She is extremely unprofessional and lacks compassion. I could not even make it to the point of meeting with doctors because she discouraged me so much. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere, in today's day and age supporting black businesses is something I love to do, but with this kind of service I will not be supporting this establishment in any way, shape or form. I do not recommend EVER seeking help from Day by Day EVER!

Iesha Vibert is one of the most caring, personable and thorough practitioners I’ve been blessed to meet! She listened to my concerns and needs. Her expertise and amazing “bedside manner” (for lack of better words) in mental health lays out at warm and inviting space to be vulnerable and honest! The staff is professional and sooo kind.
This place has been a blessing for my son! Since coming here my son has been able to function in life. The staff are wonderful! I thank you all immensely.
