The delivery driver was a jerk. Obnoxiously rang my doorbell. He was unapologetic and just walked away when I called him out.
I would love to be able to give them a much higher rating because the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, however they arrived without a card. Since May 1st I have emailed 3 times (to two different email addresses) and called twice to try to get the name of the sender so I can properly thank them as I’m sure they spent a lot of money. Beautiful arrangement. Unfortunately they were delivered a day late and WAY TOO EARLY in the morning. At 7am on a holiday they should have kindly been left in the porch without ringing the doorbell and waking the whole family up. Not a great way to wake them up on her only day off.
Beautiful flowers every time! The roses are not fully open and last a long time. Striking color combinations and a full bouquet. Flowers come in a vase with water and seem to be kept cold during transport. Some 1-800-Flowers come from Designs by Carol, other times we order online. The flowers are delivered to the door without a box or plastic wrap, so the flowers don't get crushed. We've tried other floral deliveries, but keep coming back to Designs by Carol. Each time, the flowers are lovely and long lasting.
