I have sent 2 floral arrangements from 1800 flowers, which Designs by Carol delivered. Both were ordered large and they sent small as well as the wrong flowers. When you order an arrangement with Gerbera Daisies and there is not 1 in the arrangement it is unacceptable. Also, when you pay for a large arrangement and a small gets sent it is bad business practice.

UPDATE: I NEVER HAD ANY FEEDBACK FROM DESIGNS BY CAROL. NO RESPONSE TO MY VOICE MESSAGES. NO APOLOGIES IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM … INACTION says ALOT! Felt I needed to update this review as I am constantly getting notifications about the thousands of views on this particular review.
