I took my car to DB Orlando Auto collision and paid them $5,400 to do some body work and paint work the paint has drips all in it when they took the rocker panel off they put two dents in the body they didn't not fix the dents or dings they put the rocker panel on Ron there's a quarter inch Gap there it's not sitting right they damaged my trim on the driver side rear door they charge progresive and me to paint the front and rear bumper it was not painted it was only spot painted there still a crack in my front and rear bumpe... read more

All of the third-party insurance work was handled by db, and all I needed to worry about was going back to the shop to pick my car up after it was repaired. db ubered me to pick up my rental vehicle and provided excellent service throughout my repair. 100% trust everyone here with my vehicle. They are friendly and caring. They will walk you through everything they are going to do to your car and answer any questions you can think of. I damaged the back door of my Jeep pulling another car. There was a bend at the bottom of the door, the paint cracked and the door was no longer closing properly. Travis went beyond to answer my questions and concerns. I hope not to be back for an accident but if I need repairs I will be back.
