DB Homes is very reliable and our new home looks great! They answered any questions/concerns we had and finished our home in a timely manner. I recommend them to build your dream home!
We met with Keith, the General Manager of DB Homes, twice in person after multiple phone calls and a handful of emails were exchanged. We were nearly ready to commit to going with DB as our builder. And then, Keith stopped calling us back. I personally called and left him multiple messages, and nothing. No more returned calls, no more returned emails. So be aware that if you try to go with DB, they may just stop calling you back without any dialogue or explanation.
We had an amazing experience with DB Homes in building our new home. From start to finish, the whole process has been transparent, efficient, and clearly communicated the entire time. When we first discussed building our new home, we were stressed about the what ifs, timelines, and overall the entire design process.
