Very satisfied with the entire process. In addition to the onsite foreman, the owner was here several times as well as his construction manager to make sure everything went smoothly. Questions got immediate replies. Even the building inspector commented about how smoothly it seemed to go!
We are very happy with the our new home. Keith and and Joe kept us informed of progress and potential problems. There were a few construction snafus but were resolved except for a few punch list items. Construction was faster than we expected and allowed us to move in before cool season started. This was the first house we built and were unsure of what to expect. Keith and Joe answered all our questions and made the process fairly easy. DB Homes were great to work with. They are a family owned business and their customer service was fantastic. They were very easy to work with through the entire process of getting my new home. They kept me updated on what was going on or what was going to be done. They listened to what I needed and worked with me through out the process. I couldn’t be more happier than I am in my new home. DB Homes is the best of the best. It was stress free and enjoyable to work with everyone. All my questions were answered promptly and taken care of immediately. This is the first new house I ever owned and the experience was awesome.
Started the process with DB and toured their model homes. We were very excited to work with them. Had our first floor plan sent over to us and we had tweaks to make. We met with Keith to get some advice on what changes to make. He completely ghosted us now for 4 months. We have reached out multiple times via email with no response. Called in multiple times to get to talk to someone but only ever could leave messages with no response again. Very dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend.
