These guys are great! They sell quality appliances at incredibly reasonable prices and they stand by their products. Their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile ensures that I will not buy from anyone else.
Bought a dryer 2-3 months ago, it stopped heating. When I call them about the issue they inform me the warranty is only thirty days, but they can charge me $90 in labor PLUS THE PART to fix it. Basically scam act where they set items up to die to make money off repurchases and repairs. AVOID AT ALL COST SECOND DRYER I HAVE PURCHASED THAT DIED IN A FEW MONTHS. Thought the first one was just old and only $100, purchased a nicer model, same issue. Con artist
Go see Jodi and the other super nice folks at DB Cooper's! They were fast, courteous and offered a great selection of new and used appliances! I bought a Maytag washer and have the confidence that it will run and if I have a problem it's under warranty! Avoid Craigslist and get a great deal! Thank you!
