we have bought 2 freezers for our garage and a bar fridge. All were new for a reasonable price and all work great. just had my under counter ice maker stop working. took it in to them and they fixed it for a reasonable price. took longer than they expected, but very pleased with their service.
I havent purchased anything from there yet..but I have to say..they are wonderful people..if they treat their customers half as good as they do their employees..which I know they must..then the customers are well taken care of and happy when they leave..A plus from me!!
I'm sure they have done some good work but I wasn't at all impressed with the work done on my washing machine. Basically out a bunch of money with a machine that works the same as before. Employee told me he would make it right, which is what I would expect from a small company but was told I would have to throw more money at it. Thanks a lot

Employees represent their employers, and due to a recent interaction with one of your repair workers you will not be receiving my business. I will also not be recommending your business to anyone else. It is probably all for the best since this employee recommends that people buy straight from the manufacturer as opposed to individuals or small businesses. Good luck, I’m sure you are nice people, but unfortunately it seems that some that you employ are not so nice

Very upsetting when advertising a fridge new and looking at the manufacture date and it is 16 years old and has grease all over the back side of the fridge. I highly recommend if you do buy an appliance from them is look at the item all over and look at the manufacture date. That is false advertisement.
