I brought in a 2 year old GE washer that stopped spinning and explained to them this was from a home of 4 young adults with disabilities and they needed this washer. I was doing this repair for them on a budget and they came through! well under my top dollar and that same afternoon it was repaired. It needed a belt. Thank you for coming through!
Amid the covid chaos, I was in desperate need of a deep freezer so I could process my meat birds. They had one freezer in stock, that was used. I asked 3x has it been looked over and working. I was assured it was. Paid the $400 let it run for a couple days, seemed okay. Put 40 meat birds in there and it stopped working! So now am I not only out the price of the freezer, I also wasted my months of labor and money on my chickens. At this point I was DONE with this business and their crappy 30 day warranty. My husband & I just bought our house and needed a new refrigerator. We went in found one we liked purchased it. A few weeks later, It kept tripping the circuit so they came out that day(being today) tried to fix it. Couldn't fix it,so they had a nicer $100 more replacement for us(didn't charge us the difference) we are very happy being their customers! Would recommend them. Great customer service! And We will be returning for any other appliances we may need in the future for our home!
we have purchased several appliances over the last few years and have had great service and good appliances, if one did malfunction they repaired or replaced it.
