Great services both times I’ve been
Should've listened to the reviews. Walked in at 5 and asked if they had time for a removal and nails painted and they said yes. The lady started mine for 30 minutes then another girl sat down with the same thing (removal) plus GEL polish and she was done 30 minutes before me. If I would've known they didn't have time and I also didn't have my phone for the time I wouldn't have done paint. Now I'm stuck with having to redo them myself after waisting money on them.
Worst experience ever. Made appointments online a week ago for a wedding party. We had to wait an hour and a half. No one bothered to call or let us know they were running that far behind. We were late to the wedding rehearsal. They over charged and then only gave 10% off. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
My nails have been done since the middle of May and I have now had them on for a month. They need redone but still no lifting, and my pedicure still looks amazing. I originally asked for tips and a powder dip, but there was a misunderstanding. The boss came over and asked if I'd like them fixed, which I appreciate but was fine with my original nail since mine grow so fast. Have never had an issue here and they are always super friendly to me and my daughters. We have been going here for quite some time.
