I am still missing 5 star landlord Carl Daywood! I rented with Carl commercially for two years, wish it could have been longer. He is a pleasure to do business with, also manages his own properties, so rest assured, everything will be taken care of. He is a great communicator, clear and fair on tenant/landlord responsibilities. He has an old school flair, grounded in a solid knowledge of honest business realtor practices. Worst realtor/landlord I've experienced – I was very disappointed by a recent interaction with this realtor. Carl Daywood spent two hours showing my roommate and I (and my dog) a home that we absolutely fell in love with. Upon turning in an application and paying the fee, he talked excitedly about how much we would love living in the place. My parents drove down from Dallas to sign the application as co-signers, and they too were really happy with the experience.
