i had the distinct pleasure (wrong) to be treated by a Nurse Practitioner by the last name of Beaven who works in Primary Care. She refused to increase my blood pressure medicine causing Bilateral Hypertensive Retinapathy. Now I am slowly losing my vision. i would never let a nurse treat me in the future. My opinion is the VA Medical Center attempted to cover up the incident. I currently have a tort claim and a request for disability pending for an increase secondary to hypertension. this has cost me a lot.

overall it is been great hospital. some hiccups but they were remedied. best I have been so far. They do try to make it work. other good one is Minneapolis. I was involved in some input phone conversations to try and improve, better than Cincy.
It sucks. A lot. Very few good drs that actually listen.
awesome treatment and customer service
Monday evening I brought my dad up to the VA hospital because he fell and he's 93 years old and we were going to get X-rays and a cat-scan I just want to say that the Dayton VA hospital is very qualified has the top nurses and top doctors in the country working we were treated extremely well we were there a long time but it is a busy emergency room I can only give thumbs up to the Dayton VA hospital for doing such a great job on my father and trying to help him the best they could thank you and God bless
