Although the appointment was “routine” my satisfaction with Brittany was superb. She is Professional and personable.
I went in for a cleaning and met Kristie. She made it so fun as we had a great conversation!! She also was very encouraging about getting me to floss and use Prevadent. I love her!

After a not so great experience at my last dental appointment (before pandemic) I have been searching for a new dentist. My daughter told me a friend of hers had recently joined Dayton Dental Solutions North so I started reading their patient reviews. I was really pleased with all of the positive reviews, but to be honest I hoped it wasn’t that they posted the positive reviews and ignored the negative ones. Service was great as usual
This practice was a referral foras a new patient. From the call to schedule an appointment through to the initial first visit, the customer service has been exemplary. The team even juggled other appointments at my first visit to address an issue and begin my “care plan” immediately. This saved me time and another visit. I have been going to Dayton Dental Solutions for several years now. I have always been met with happy smiles. The staff and hygienist are very professional yet personable. They treat you as a person, not a number. Everything they do for you is based specifically on what you need and want. They aren't pushy or demanding. They give you the options of what may be done, and you are the one that makes the decision. It's a great pleasure to have this opportunity. I highly recommend this practices.
