Courteous, friendly, proficient and caring. I had a minor problem which developed after the floss shredded an jammed between my upper back teeth which became very uncomfortable. I couldn't get it to budge as my floss kept shredding. In your office, I was given very considerate and comforting attention by the dental hygienist as she was successful in removing the "floss wedge" while showing genuine care attending a relatively minor task. I really appreciate all of the hard work and attention that was given to my specific treatment.
