Roaches in the room. Hair everywhere. Smells like ciggerates in a non smoking room. The price was 100 a night and it's a horrible nasty place.

We booked 3 rooms and on arrival we checked right back out. The rooms are atrocious. The chairs and beds had mystery stains, the carpet was filthy, the dresser in the suite had a missing drawer, the couch in the suite had mystery stains. It needs a complete overhaul. It was just rundown in general. Even the parking lot had garbage. When we went to the desk - the service was not up to par. They did not even go check the room and shrugged it off. Absolutely the dirtiest unkept place I’ve ever stayed. The non smoking room smelled like a smoker’s place. There were public hairs on the sink, toilet and sheets. The comforter looked and smelled like it should’ve been thrown away years ago. The hallway carpet & room must be over 10 years old. I don’t know how this place stays open. Driving up there were pots holes throughout the entrance side driveway. This building should be condemned. I will add photos.

My boyfriend guided me to Maryland Heights for safety, as I was staying alone. I picked this hotel. Breakfast was very few choices of bread items, 2 cereals and yogurt, the only morning I went to eat there. My room was 244. Fire alarm beeped in hall for 2 nights, but did get fixed. A drawer was missing off dresser. A switch on the light on the wall was missing. The closet mirror was cracked and that door was in the closet.
