I gave it 3 stars because it was a quiet area. Other than that, it was not great at all. Dirty!!! Our room was not cleaned properly. There were roaches in the bathroom. When I woke up, my bed had a used bandaid in the sheets. The back exit door’s lock was busted. Anyone could walk in. We complained from day one and we were told, “it’s and old hotel.” Lol. I guess thats the excuse for being insanitary. If this is the whindam standard, then i am not doing this anymore.

This place was absolutely nothing like the photos on Expedia. The pictures are completely misleading and feel borderline fake. What we walked into looked worn down, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained nothing like what we thought we paid for. The only positive thing I can say is that Jason at the front desk was very nice and polite, and none of this is his fault. Unfortunately, good customer service can’t fix a bad room. As we were walking into the hotel there was a customer complaining about the cleanliness of his room. I can attest to the fact that the sofa in our room was also stained. The room smelled of smoke, but it’s supposed to be smoke free. There are some maintenance issues. There is a picture of our smoke detector hanging from the ceiling.
