Stay away,so dirty
Awful experience. 1. We called ahead before we booked and were assured there would be a Suttle service for us to the STL airport on the day we would be checking out. We arrived, checked in, got a room assigned, went to the room and found it disgusting. The room was wreaking of cigarette smoke and was not clean. When we reported this, Another room number was given and we also queried the clerk about the shuttle service to the airport. He checked with the manager, “Ben” who said there was no shuttle service. The smell of vomit is permeating the room. The bathroom and bed wasnt clean.Location is fine just not a overall clean hotel with some people who check give you uncomfortable vibes.
Roaches.
This was a perfect distance from our family gathering in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Unfortunately, the room looked nothing like the pictures was very stained floors, Pieces of walls, and paint missing and holes in the walls. When I pulled out the ironing board, it had some kind of food that was stuck right in the middle, So I had to iron on the back Corner just because the shirt really needed ironing.
