We are an economy vintage hotel with that vintage charm. We are the original Signature Inn. Our hotel has an indoor heated pool. We offer a free continental breakfast (Not a full hot breakfast) and free Wi-Fi. We also offer a microwave and mini-fridge in each room. We are located right off of I-465 which is convenient for easy access to any part of the city that you may be doing business in. This place does not enforce noise or loud talking at hallways leading into rooms. This happened at night and early wee hours. Room service was loud, too.
I have previously stayed here and it has gone down. In housekeeping, upkeep, etc. The housekeeping will collect your towels, but replacement of towels are not given until after 4 pm, because the towels you give as guest are taken and washed than returned to you after 4 pm. Also, the furnishings are mismatched and unkempt. When you need a replacement if you go.past housekeeping office you are told to look for housekeeper to get replacement. We saw a roach in the sink soon after check in. The rooms need to be cleaner. This location needs to be updated. 2 floors but they don't have an elevator.
