worst hotel in service do not come here ---- they do not clean room thay do not care
We are very happy with their service. Overall very good experience. All are very nice here. Really want to come back and suggest people to come and stay here. All employees are helpful here.
I have stayed here many times since 2012 and always treated like family. My wife and I just stayed last night and the check in staff were fantastic. We had planned to stay another night even booked but an emergency came up. The check out staff went out of her way to check with her manager to be sure while canceling second night we would be reimbursed. We ordered great spring rolls and red curry from restaurant on 4th floor and it was outstanding. To be honest I have never had an issue at this hotel. Thank you again
