Front desk are very helpful! I asked for another room change they immediately give us a new one no questions ask. This is what we need good customer service. Excellent job Days Inn front desk ☆☆☆☆☆!
The rooms are GROSS!!!!! From stains on the bed sheets, dirt on the carpets damage and dirt on the walls and the dirty face cloth in our shower from the previous guests….. RUNNNNNN far away from this hotel. I can't believe we paid to stay here.
My partner and I are platinum members and have frequented this location during our time studying at Nipissing University because of the reasonable prices. Unfortunately, due to uncleanliness and recent behavior and treatment from new service staff, we will not be returning.
