The room was clean, the bed was made, the staff were friendly and the rooms were quiet. I felt safe and comfortable.
The staff was friendly . I was in town for my sons graduation from basic training. The hotel was very close to the base as well as a mall. I would stay here again.

Smelled good, bed comfortable, shower sprayed good and water was at temperature almost immediately.
I wanted to take a moment out of my day to compliment and rely my gratitude for the desk clerk (with the long blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name) at this ABVI I stayed at last week in Lawton, OK. She was one of the kindest, sweetest and most understanding desk clerks I have ever encountered in my many travels. This was a very tough last minute trip for me. Enjoyed staying here for a night while waiting on my son's Basic Graduation. Got in late and lady was able to change me to a room with two beds instead of the king that I'd reserved due to last minute addition of my daughter on our trip. Great customer service and a clean, good nights sleep.
