RecommendedThe room was clean. They cleaned when needed. Everyone was very friendly. Even with not offering a breakfast, everything else was nice. The price of our stay was very reasonable.
Dirty sheets molded shower dirty toilet in both rooms we were given. Gave management a chance to make it right never heard anything so I went to corporate today this is unacceptable 😡
Enjoyed my stay at Days Inn in Lawton OK. Rates are reasonable and service was good. Comfortable beds.
They need new management. Reserved a king room, checked in and was told they gave away our king to a group that got there earlier. Graciously gave us a room with two full beds for the same price as the king since it wasn’t our fault. No apology. Also no hand towels. Pool closed. Won’t be back & definitely would not recommend. If reservations don’t mean anything to them don’t make one & don’t waste your time stopping there.
Reserved 2 rooms Feb 28th for our daughter army graduation. They spent more money on lobby than anything else. I had read reviews but all good. But I do not always believe. I should have believed. Hair dryer did not work had to go to Kohl's to buy one. Zero amenities. No iron voarx. No iron. Microwave did not work. No coffee. No cram and sugar. Had to walk down and ask for it. First our fridge didn't work, the microwave was not cleaned, the room smelled funky and the carpet was dirty and BED BUGS! Wth!!! I have never experienced anything like this. See I would think you would take pride in your job and the company you represent. Not only that you as employee put yourself as a customer. SMH
Room was clean , service was great ,lady at front desk was very helpful.
The room was not to bad except that the coffee pot was broke when I complained they said they would have maintenance look at it this weekend. Umm i leave Saturday today is Thursday. The pool is dirty and the water is green. The roof over several rooms (not visible from the road.) Is covered with tarps. The hotel looks great from the road but just keep driving and find somewhere else to stay
