If there was a way to post a zero star rating I'd do it a million times. Absolute false advertising. No pool, dirty room, warped damp floors. Just a disgrace!
This place is absolutely disgusting. I think this place needs some serious updating, and also need to hire people who actually know how to clean. I don’t even know how this place is still open. Bathroom was full of black mold.
This place is nasty stay away! Moldy bathroom, stained carpet and everything was so outdated. Photos online at 100% photoshopped or of other locations.
Filthy dirty. No pool. No breakfast. Tv didn’t work. Lights didn’t work. AND no one cared.
**Issue remains unresolved** On Monday August 10th at 8:36PM, my husband and I scheduled a reservation for Friday August 15th (1 night stay) at Days Inn By Wyndham Mackinaw City- Lakeview. The woman on the phone informed me I would need to call back the next day by noon if i wanted to cancel without being charged.
