Booked a room from Friday, February 13th, till Monday, the 16th. Had a medical emergency with our child and had to leave Saturday (14th). They have refused to give a refund and sent us round and around with hotels.com. If you want to be scammed, this place is for you!!
The staff is not friendly. The rooms are very run down and trashy. Barley clean when I got to the room terrible place I ordered pizza and the poor guy was terrified of delivering it because how rough the area is. The hotel and the people who stay in it is trashy and sketchy. very disgusting place from top to bottom inside and out. Trash in the parking lots glass,used needles. I could go on and on about how bad and nasty it is here if your able to do not stay here you won't feel safe or secure.
