Service was really friendly and location perfect, but I don’t understand how a place like this can cost 450 a night. Kitty definitely made it worth it

No AC, just to be aware when it’s 34 degrees out it’s not much cooler in the room. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They do not possesses a ton of tourist information since they are locals and do not do the pedicabs or anything. They have fliers but no experiences. There is coffee in the lobby and you can make in the room. Parking was easy. Pool clean, plenty of towels.
DO NOT COME! Only good part is the location. Payed 390 for two nights then over 400 for two. Do not come during the summer, pay an extra few hundred somewhere else. Pool area is very small, room is even smaller. Stove has no vent and room has NO AC. Cable is from the 90’s and pop ups show up on the tv. No one knew how to fix it either. Only one person was kind to us from 6 other employees I had to deal with. Cleaning staff was kind too. Overall though service is the worst I’ve seen at a hotel. We stayed here for a few nights. The location is excellent and the hotel facilities are not bad (swimming pool and hot tub). It is not cheap, but is a lot cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area. Sadly the beds were way too soft - it was like sleeping on a marshmellow, and I got back ache. Were it not for the beds I would have given it a 5.
