FIRST DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES POSTED ONLINE OF THE ROOMS. THEY ARE NOT ACCRUATE. If I was Wyndham I would be embarrassed to be affiliated with this hotel. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel in such poor condition, with such stingy management, shoddy construction, and general incompetence in operations. I made reservations on booking.com The photos on booking.com website had the pool looking perfect and no warning that the pool was disgusting and closed and when I tried to take a shower, the showerhead was broken. I asked for a refund and they offered me seven dollars. Let’s just say I will never use booking.com again.
Poor customer service, manager has very nonchalant attitude and doesn't care about customer complaints, will not be staying again. Rooms smell strong upon entry. Just a bad experience!! Only stay here if desperate
Nice & clean Room especially the bathroom. The pool & pool area was extremely nice & extremely clean... Very well kept 👍
