My family and I have found ourselves in a difficult situation recently. After trying a few local hotels, we found ourselves here. With that being said... Brian (the gentlemen at the front desk,) has been beyond polite. He was very patient with me whenever my card declined several times in a row and he stayed so calm and polite. My original review was a misunderstanding they did return my deposit the same day however my bank held it for 4 days but room service professional
Absolutely disgusting our ac went out at home tried to get a room with ac for the night for our 3 kids the room smelled like cigarettes smoke a cigarette in the toilet cigarette burns on the bed stained sheets will never go back we was there 5 mins
For the price and location it was a nice place. The staff were helpful when I had an issue with my bill.
