I was charged twice. All the desk worker did was kept saying “put your card in”!I let him know that I already paid and it came out of my account already. So, I had to reach out to PayPal and work with them for a refund. Inconvenient to me and my trip to the city. Our room was a dump and the clock didn’t work.
Really friendly and helpful staff, but outdated hotel. Ice machine was out of order, my key kept malfunctioning and they couldn't figure out why and ended up having to let me in with a master key. The pool was really nice though.
Parked with handicap tag front desk watched me struggle with a foot issue. Then they put me on the second floor with no elevator. They lack common courtesy and did not seem concerned with the guests needs at the price point. It seemed like a good deal, but that was the first and last time I would be staying there.
Horrible, dirty room and terrible customer service. We found old food under the beds that had been left from the previous guests, the sink was half clogged with a loose faucet, the hot and cold indicators on the shower were swapped and there were multiple ROACHES in the bathroom. When we alerted the front desk about it they just said they would tell their manager.
