Unacceptable Stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Pittsburgh I am writing this review to warn future guests about the incredibly misleading and subpar experience at this hotel. The issues began with false advertising about our room. We specifically reserved a room with two queen beds but were given a room with two full beds instead. We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days while dropping my son off for college, and the experience was very disappointing. We booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds were much smaller—closer to doubles—making it very cramped for three people. The room itself was poorly maintained: sticky floors, flat pillows, and minimal toiletries. The in-room phone didn’t work, and housekeeping never made our beds or changed the sheets despite requests. No probs the owner was very friendly
Not ADA compliant, no elevator, no hot water, broken amenities
Room was very dirty had no conditioner for showers asked for some and was told they didn’t any one of the other people staying didn’t even have enough towels to shower they only had 2 and asked for more and was also told they can’t have more so me and my friend gave them one of ours. In our room our hair dryer sounded like something was wrong with it and the same other person had the same problem with hair dryer too also at 3am the smoke dector started beeping because the battery was dying so my friend went to the front desk... read more
