Room was dirty. Hair dryer sounded like it was going to blow up. Room next to us didn’t have a working one and two towels. When she asked for more towels in the middle of the night the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t help her. At 3 am the battery to the smoke detector started to die. I went to the front desk and the same guy told me he couldn’t do anything but switch us to a different room. Very dirty
They gave us an underground room that smelled really bad, like a fungus smell. It was terrible experience.
Check-in was weird. I've never stayed at a hotel even ones that are cheaper where front desk staff SAY YOUR ROOM NUMBER OUT LOUD. What? And I've literally stayed at a Days Inn 10 years ago in freaking LA that didn't announce and I and my sister were the ONLY ONES IN THE LOBBY. Mainly, check in was the main issue. I am literally here for my last week before buying a house is complete and that was the most ridiculous.
