Hotel is always clean. They get me in a room that I need and short notice and the staff is very friendly. I like what they do with all the improvements. It’s only gonna get better.

Rooms were clean but lot of things were not working. Breakfast was included but there was nothing served except a gravy. No coffee no drinks. The guy at the front desk was on a video call all the time and didn't care.

Booked a night here during a road trip. To be fair, it’s a cheap room and you get what you pay for. First room they assigned to us had a wasp nest right above the door. The room also had several dead bugs in it and black mold in the bathroom. While the bed was made, it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in between guests as there were stains and hairs everywhere. The check out was at 11 had house keeping knocking on are door before nine almost walked in on me and my husband while we where still sleeping

Thr front desk person was nice and helpful. That's where the good things end. Booked 2 rooms. 1 had a drunk neighbor looking for a fight. 1 reeked of pot. Switched rooms for one with cockroaches, cat piss and crumbs on the bed. Horrifying. Got a refund and left. I downgraded the location rating because I don't want anyone else to make the mistake of booking this place.
