They keep your deposit even once you clean the whole room which when I did it on line an paid for the room I go to check in an he makes you pay a 100 dollar deposit which they do not get back very rude pe5 wouldn't allow my pet to stay there horrible an roaches also took a picture of my 17 year old
The hotel was ok. Not much to.look at on the outside. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. But the billig . I was told 1 price. Which I paid up front. But they changed me 50.00 on top of it. And for what i did take anything I did trash to room. I was quite. My dog did pee or mess on the floor. So why do they think I have to pay 50.00 more dollars. And I booked 2 months in advance.
This one place I will never revisit. The reception has one guy that needs to be fired. His desk manners are definitely not worthy of working in a hotel. It has a serious pest problems from cockroaches to mice. First we found their droppings then caught them in our food box which we had to throw away. The place is supposed to be pet friendly if you have a dog your fine which kept us up with their barking. If you have a cat there not allowed even if it's a service animal. The owners however don't care if the dogs are crapping ... read more
