I had friends that came up from VA , they were going to stay overnight and this was the only hotel they could find during the Napa Nationals in Syracuse and there were health issues that my friend had staying in this room they tried to get there money back that cost them $ 170 they bought the insurance from Expedia and between the Hotel and Expedia they refused to give them there money back this Hotel is the worst Hotel in Syracuse I would not recommend that anyone stay in this crappy Hotel . they treated my friends with dis... read more
The workers have attitude and the rooms they’re not clean
This is the worst hotel in all of Syracuse!!! The rooms are dirty and nasty! The hotel staff LIVES ON THE PROPERTY! We stayed for 5 nights and when I went to ask for extra towels after the 3rd night the lady told me she could not get me towels I have to wait for the following day for the housekeeping witch was crazy!!! The tv did not work and there was only hot water in the room no cold water. The sheets they had on the bed had stains on them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL SLEEPING IN A TENT IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!
The first room we checked into had not been cleaned yet. At the desk, he said this was the second time that day for that issue. He gave us a different room, but what a hassle. Never mentioned breakfast, or coffee. On the website, it says there is a breakfast area. In the am I went on the office and asked about breakfast and he sent me outside to the next door, which had a sign on it that said supplies or something of that nature.
