Well, I don’t review often, but this hotel deserves all the stars for me! We loved the location, being able to walk into the famous Lethbridge Coulees right off the premise. Then the pool, and slide, fast enough for great fun for adults, and safe enough for kids to enjoy. It’s pretty cool under the painted ceilings. Breakfast is good too, lot of nice dining areas. "Great staff , friendly and helpful , actually listen , clean place unique pool fun slide hot Hot Tub and great management" Very cooperative staff , quick and helpful service Really enjoyed my trip- that is why we came back and plan to do the same
There was a syringe in the bathroom (no needles though). I also found a cockroach underneath the pillow. I think that says a lot about the cleanliness of the hotel
The people were very kind and helpful. Room was tight and in need of some TLC however more importantly it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will book here again.
Wifi didn’t work and was unusable - missed a important meeting due to the inconsistent connection
