Very poor experience. The front desk staff member "Patel" repeatedly contacted me throughout the night—including a 1 a.m. call to my room—about an authorization form that had already been provided. It was disruptive and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the room was overpriced for the quality. Would not recommend.

We had reservation for 2 nights and got there late the first night. The room was disgusting, had bed bugs and mold. The hotel looked ghetto. Immediately checked out and have been calling to get a refund for second night but nobody has even return my call. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Checked in and first room door wouldn't shut or lock. Asked for another room the AC/heater didn't work. Asked for my money back and the guy said we don't do refunds I asked where the sign was saying that and he pulls it out from under his desk and put it on the counter. I asked where was that sign when I paid for the room. So finally I had no choice but to try a third room since I couldn't get my money back. Definitely the worse hotel I've ever stayed at

Very basic. Runs about $90 a night. I'm here more for the location. Last night was quiet. All ground level rooms.
