No working ice machine in the ENTIRE FACILITY! Quick trip manager next door gladly sold me a bag of ice and commented the hotel ice machine is out all the time. He's sorry, but likes the business! I'm very suspect of the food safety for breakfast, I hope the health department is aware of this.
This place is an absolute dump. Dangerous area, a lot of traffic and dated old rooms that looks like something from the 80's.
Very poor experience. The front desk staff member "Patel" repeatedly contacted me throughout the night—including a 1 a.m. call to my room—about an authorization form that had already been provided. It was disruptive and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the room was overpriced for the quality. Would not recommend.
Good place for working man.
We had reservation for 2 nights and got there late the first night. The room was disgusting, had bed bugs and mold. The hotel looked ghetto. Immediately checked out and have been calling to get a refund for second night but nobody has even return my call. DO NOT RECOMMEND
