The price listed on the web site was about $80 less than what I was charged. I couldn't understand anything the desk clerk was saying. The room we stayed in was anything but clean. No towels, the mattress was collapsed on one side and the entire bed was off of the frame by at least 4". The microwave was filthy and the refrigerator was missing all of its racks/shelving on the inside of the door. The only upside is that the room appeared to be free of bed bugs. I had an absolutely awful experience at this property. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by a foul odor that made it difficult to stay inside. To make matters worse, I found roaches crawling in the room. It is clear that cleanliness and guest safety are not a priority here. Save your money and stay anywhere else. Pest issues are widespread throughout the property. upon checking in, ....we walked straight in and turned the lights on and roaches flew everywhere. asked for our money back to leave .
