Clean,pleasant staff , week breakfast
Booked rooms for our employees The room was not cleaned sheets were not changed. Miss and poop in bathroom. Very disgusted in the way we were treated Will not book at this Wyndham owned hotel again!!
This is a very good and budget friendly hotel. You are close to all attractions in the Keene, NH area. The breakfast is included and is typical for a hotel in this price range. I would definitely stay there again when in the Keene, NH area.
The best thing about this hotel was the guy at the front desk when checking in, he was so nice and patient. It was the cheapest hotel in the area but overpriced for what it is. I left 30 mins and am still wondering if my lungs are ok from the smell of what I assume is mold in the place. The water did eventually get hot after running it for a minimum of 5 minutes and the pressure was great! I was genuinely scared we would leave with bed bugs but am happy to say I think we're safe! Signs of bed bugs on the sheets (small dried blood spots), previous guests hair on the sheets, mold on the shower wall, strange odor to the room, a minifridge that ticks like a bomb is about to go off, shower head barely works and leaks like crazy, and a cracked window "fixed" with literal scotch tape. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
