Beds were hard, bathtub very slippery and breakfast was no good
I was in town for my moms surgery and was staying at a different hotel when they told us that we had to go to a different hotel because they have a contract with the government for the fire fighters.- very happy the fire fighters and the people who were evacuated have a place to stay. That being said it put me in a very tough spot. The hotel they placed us in was not “handicap accessible” but was definitely not. So I eventually was able to get my money back. Great staff, nice rooms.
Room was not clean. Pillow case was dirty - obviously hadn’t been changed. Took the case off, and there was blood on the pillow. Hair all over the bathroom floor. A dried liquid substance was all over the headboard. The bathroom tap had gunk all over it, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. See photos. I received a text just after check in, expressing their appreciation for staying and to respond to the text if anything was needed. I asked for fresh linens and there was no response.
