we checkt out early in the morning around 4 and nobody was at the reception! the receptionist was sleeping we had to call him through the phone, then he just come to his workplace and didn't even apologize!
Beds were hard, bathtub very slippery and breakfast was no good
I was in town for my moms surgery and was staying at a different hotel when they told us that we had to go to a different hotel because they have a contract with the government for the fire fighters.- very happy the fire fighters and the people who were evacuated have a place to stay. That being said it put me in a very tough spot. The hotel they placed us in was not “handicap accessible” but was definitely not. So I eventually was able to get my money back.
