Cockroaches on the floor, sticky floor of the room, not providing even single bottle of water to begin the stay. Poor breakfast options, not suitable for vegetarians. But staff is very helping and polite in nature.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First night there was a cockroach in the room, next night a rat. Called the front desk and the front desk employee was incredibly rude and tried to tell me we must have brought the rat in with us because they don’t have rats at the hotel. On top of that they shut off the water from 9 am to 12 pm one day with no warning, and gave us a wake up call around 7:30 am one morning despite us not requesting this. The property is badly maintained, I was there with my family for 4 nights, toilets did not flush, had to change rooms. Ac vents were unclean. No sheet change until you checkout, even if you ask they try to not do by asking you multiple times. Breakfast is a joke, refrigerated muffins, the cheap kind, cough syrup tasking fruit cup, and breakfast being so premium stops exactly at 9am sharp, coffee which seems like sawdust with some flavour.
