I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned—the bed sheets were dirty and there was visible damage in the bedding. The noise level was extremely high, both from the hallway and the street, making it impossible to sleep. The street lights were also directly shining into the room. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the situation escalated in a very uncomfortable way. We wife and I took our grandsons to Niagara, Gettysburg, Washington, D.C. and New York in April, 2026. We were very pleased with two of the hotels we used and unhappy with two. We called the hotel and asked if the room was ready and if so could we put our suitcases in the room before heading to New York City. They said that would be fine, but when we arrived and I went in I was told there would be a $40 fee for early check in.
