The property is badly maintained, I was there with my family for 4 nights, toilets did not flush, had to change rooms. Ac vents were unclean. No sheet change until you checkout, even if you ask they try to not do by asking you multiple times. Breakfast is a joke, refrigerated muffins, the cheap kind, cough syrup tasking fruit cup, and breakfast being so premium stops exactly at 9am sharp, coffee which seems like sawdust with some flavour. We stayed at this place recently for Labour Day long weekend . Rooms were smelly, Non-flussy toilets , Unfriendly and rude front-desk, nothing like free breakfast as they claim as there was nothing for breakfast except cold muffin, chemical tasting fruit cups, horrible coffee where staff was waiting for us to quickly take coffee so they can cover it with plastic cover( note- we were very much within breakfast time around 8:15 am) . Stayed in 4 different rooms over 5 consecutive days. First day the toilet kept pushing our piss around the room because it kept flooding. Also the staff strategically bangs on your door at 9:30am to offer house keeping, to egg you to be awake for an on time check out. Essentially they wake you up two hours prior to 11am. I stayed at this hotel the night of 08/26 leading into 08/27 and had a terrible experience. After leaving, I discovered bed bug bites that showed up the next day. I even have picture proof, but when I called the front desk to report it, instead of taking my concern seriously, the staff became aggressive, told me it couldn’t be from their hotel since I didn’t report it right away, and then hung up on me. There are 2 entrances to the hotel but Google Maps only has 1 listed. Service was quick and communication was good. Room service was every day unless we had the do not disturb sign up. Breakfast was the usual continental spread. Location was in a prime spot to get on and off the jersey turnpike.
