Very nice and romantic place
Roaches
I didn't expect the Ritz, but I was still extremely disappointed with how filthy and disgusting this place was. Walked into the room the first night and immediately noticed some kind of white powder on the floor in several different places. It quickly became obvious that the powder was some sort of poison there were using to try and kill roaches. We encountered roaches multiple times a day our entire stay. Won't answer the phone if u call them.
Won't give you a refund even though they tell u 5-7 days for the deposit to be refunded it won't. You will have to go into the office to get the deposit back. Btw there is a deposit for this location. This is not mentioned on any website I was on.
