The first weekend of the State Tournament we stayed in 1st floor room. Little outdated and there were several roof leaks coming through in the walkways near the vending machine. I remember when this was the Vic. The Victorian Inn. So much of that architectural style has been covered up with Days Inn branded logos and such. The hot breakfast was ok. They should change the sheets for a new client and vacuum hair, POR CORN etc. We were in 4 different rooms. 3 of us gave up and went to other place. I didn’t have the chance and had to stay in this place…
I'm long familiar with this facility since the days it was the Victorian Inn. It was once a very nice motel but has been bought out and rather hastily remodeled. I don't like shoddy patched together work or obvious holes looking into the room and bath. It's noisy from the adjoining rooms and overhead plus the hallways. They do allow pets in reserved per designated rooms. That's probably it's biggest attraction. It's not a bad or dirty place but not really very nice either.
