The front desk people were very helpful and understanding. We felt comfortable and we recommended.

The staff really goes above and beyond here . They didn’t have a dairy free milk alternative and when I asked they had someone run out and buy me something. I didn’t ask for that. Also, I had paid for my original stay on Priceline(Priceline was awful and was charging more per day) and the hotel staff ended up giving me a better deal with pleasure. Terrible place to stay...check in they do not verify id, you just say your name and they hand you the key card. The room was damp and musty moldy smelling. We forgot our pillows and called an couple of hours after we realized and they were going to check for them and call back, which never happened. We called again and they said they found 1 but not both, then they said there manager would call us and help us with a resolution. Never happened!
