We froze the 2 nights we stayed there even with the heater turned all the way up

No heat inside the hotel lobby or hallways. The person behind the counter was wearing a winter coat with the hood tightly wrapped around his face. My "deluxe" room was huge but very cold. The heater was already running at 70 degrees but the room was very cold. The only way to keep warm is to stay under the bed covers. The next morning, it was too cold to take a shower. The price was right which is why we chose here. The room was clean for the most part and pretty large space for a standard hotel room. No carpet. We had a microwave, mini fridge and TV. There was no in room coffee. There was also a large desk with a movable table, a small side table as well as a sitting chair with an ottoman. They provided small shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a bar of soap. The "breakfast" is kind of ridiculous.
