Location was good, for Downey. There’s a mall next door and an in n out across the street. That’s where most of the positive aspects end. My husband and I walked into our room at about 6:30pm and decided we wanted to be anywhere but there. There were probably around 50 bugs on the floor, blood stains on the bedding, the baseboards were downright filthy, and not a single piece of furniture wasn’t drastically scraped/scratched up. Worst service all they wanna do is take your money my husband is in the hospital couldn't make it to reservation n they refused to cancel reservation just to take my money dont go here worst place both front Desk people are rude n disrespectful
