This place is gross from the moment you pull into the parking lot. You basically have to jump a curb to get in. The parking lot fills fast at night and we had to park behind the hotel in the mall parking lot one of the nights we stayed which is monstrously unsafe. This place is also surrounded by construction at the moment so you physically cannot access the in n out if you’re curious! Now to the room! Room was rundown and found a roach during our stay. The advertised “complimentary” breakfast consisted of pop-tarts and tiny cup of coffee. Our A/C was also leaking pretty bad and left a puddle outside near stairway. This is a bad accident waiting to happen.
This room was amazing. The price was amazing. Customer service experience very amazing since we need it some toothbrushes because we forgot to pack. We’re not thinking about staying in Southern California but he provided for us toothbrushes and toothpaste upon request very clean spaces. I will come back.
The guy who was at the front desk was very helpful, nice, and professional really appreciated him also fixing our tv thanks again
