Couldn't even get my rooms without the front desk guy giving lip about what my company didnt do. Absolutely WORST customer service I've ever experienced.
The building manager acted in retaliation to me filing a complaint on their prior harassment and called the cops to have me removed from the hotel. I came in town for my graduation and had a terrible experience at this hotel. Instead of respecting my space or removing me the actual violation of policy, I was forced to leave less than 24 hours after booking
Great service
Very clean rooms, staff very friendly, I really look forward to the waffles in the morning. Stayed here several different times and would recommend them.
