Great place to stay while on vacation, friendly and professional staff and always welcoming, rooms are very clean and the beds will meet your satisfaction. And dnt forget to get some sun by the pool.
First of all I was in town taking over my Mother in law's reservation because she had an accident that I had to rescue her from. I didn't pick this hotel. There are some upgrades that wouldn't hurt but the service from the two main guys (I regret not learning their names) was PRICELESS. I had never traveled alone but they seemed to keep an eye on me, always with a smile handing over towels and toilet paper any time it was needed. The location was amazing. Do not book here when there is an event in town. They will cancel your booking to get more money. I booked ahead of time and the rate was significantly lower than what they where charging day of. Due to that they tried to convince me that the computer canceled my booking even though I paid the deposit which was the first night. They tell me that not only do I have to wait to get my initial payment back, but I would have to pay the current rate which was $70 more per night. Very shady practice that should not be alllowed. This was the perfect spot along the trip to Florida. Right across the street are ocean views and great restaurants! The beds were so comfy and the towels were fluffy and soft. Def will stay here again!
Beautiful location across from the beach. There was a mess up with our room not being cleaned and our 2nd room was very Hot. Bill gave us great customer service and let us have a fan to cool our room down once we got back from dinner and it was still off. Housekeeping wasn't on point but it was overlookable.
