This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked through Expedia expecting something basic but clean. What I walked into was completely unacceptable. There were roaches in the bathroom, in the bed, and even inside the refrigerator. The entire room had a strong cigarette odor that made it hard to even stay inside for more than a few minutes. Customer service is great, rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and always available. Instay here often and its is my preferred spot for sure

I stayed at this hotel and everything about the experience was terrible. I already left a one-star rating, but I want to explain why. The room was extremely dirty. There was hair on the pillowcases, and the pillowcases themselves were stained and clearly not clean. The shower was dirty inside, and the floors were covered with hair. The towels they gave us were dirty and looked used. Even the pillow I slept on seemed like it had already been used by someone else. Overall, the entire room felt very unhygienic. Those pipes have to stop the leaking. But some toilets waters do come out and it's not ok.
